Unique Celebrations is excited to offer a range of products for any type of event. Whether youare hosting an intimate gathering, celebratory party or a stylish wedding, we have items to help your event standout. Our goal is to provide the best possible service and products to make certain each event is a success. Please review our rental policies put in place in order to protect you and others for future rental needs. Deposit and Payment Policy: To confirm an order, we require a deposit of 50% of the total rental cost. Until a deposit is paid, the order is not considered guaranteed.The remaining balance is due 7 business days prior to the rental order being delivered, or being picked up by the customer. You may call or email us with changes to your order at any time and we will do our best to accommodate your requests. Rental Period Policy: Generally, rates are quoted for a one day, single-use event. If you require a different rental period or accommodation, please contact us for rate information. All charges are for time out use whether used or not. Prices and policies are subject to change. Cancellation Policy: If your order is cancelled, at least 30 business days prior to the event date, you will be reimbursed your initial deposit. If your order is cancelled, at least 7 business days prior to the event date, you will be reimbursed 25% of your deposit. All monies paid towards events that are cancelled less than 7 business days prior to the event date will be considered forfeited, and will not be reimbursed. Damage Policy: The customer is responsible for the equipment while in their possession. Be sure equipment is secured when not in use and protected from the weather. Notify us immediately if you find something broken or missing when it is received! An optional non-refundable damage waiver is available. For 10% of the rental charges, the customer can waive the risk of accidental damage to rented items. This damage waiver covers rental items that are damaged through normal use.All broken and damaged items, including broken glassware, must be returned to Unique Celebrations, for the damage waiver to apply. The damage waiver does not cover the cost of missing items or negligent use of the equipment. Excluded from this waiver is loss or damage due to theft, disappearance, and mildewed, burned or torn linen. Examples of damage covered by Damage Waiver include accidental damage such as chips, cracks, broken glassware, stains to linens etc. By declining the damage waiver, the renter accepts responsibility of the replacement cost of any missing inventory items or those returned damaged. Unique Celebrations reserves the right to charge these costs to the credit card on file for the event payments. If any missing items are returned to Unique Celebrations within 30 days, the cost will be reimbursed. Delivery/Pickup Policy: Delivery is available for a reasonable charge in our normal service area. For delivery to other areas, please call our office for availability and fees associated. Rental minimums may apply to qualify for delivery. Fees are determined by zip code, requested time of delivery and number of vehicles required. It includes service to ground floor levels only. Delivery, pickup, setup and tear down to areas or floors beyond this require additional charges due to increased labor involvement. Unique Celebrations will stack all items at a place immediately accessible to our vehicle. Set up and takedown is available for a fee if arranged in advance with our staff. Special containers are provided for all breakables to ensure that you receive your items undamaged and ready for use. Rental items need to be returned to their point of delivery in their supplied containers, secured and protected from the elements. Items not meeting these conditions are subject to additional fees.Additional charges may apply if rental items are not ready for pickup on the contracted date. Unless previous arrangements were made, an additional labor fee will be charged if items do not meet these standards. Customers may pick up and return orders during business hours. Items you are picking up must fit safely inside your vehicle. You are responsible for loading, unloading and securing the load in your vehicle; however, at your request, we can assist you. Unique Celebrations staff will exercise care when assisting you but cannot be responsible for damage to the vehicle or personal property that may occur during loading, unloading, or transport.
